Nagravision 3 Hack Comming or Not?

Hi can somebody please look into this NDS query that i have. Yesterday i loaded latest phantom patch 149 for my TM5400 SUPER PLUS. The patch opened up the TNTSAT and CANALSAT channels including ESPN AMERICA (Freq 12661H s/r 22000) on ASTRA 19 EAST. While watching ESPN i went into the ECM menu by entering 9797 on remote. I changed the provider setting from AUTO to NDS and the channel still cleared and is still working today under NDS setting. I also tried using provider SECA in the ECM but this did not work ie i got a SCRAMBLED CHANNEL message. I then changed it back to NDS and the channel opened. Does this mean that maybe this patch has hacked the NDS system or am i dreaming. i would appreciate if somebody can look into it and let us know the outcome. Regards.

In China now Selling Nagra 3 Decoders, does that mean Nagra 3 been hacked, and they just selling this to companies in China to get money, i do not know what going on, something has been DONE ABOUT NAGRA 3, i think has been Hacked, but the HACKERS will not give way this information, any one has information about this, or deep knowledge, please reply to this post.

few years since "days of patches" are over and nagra changed from nagra2 to nagra3.... but looks like some people still dreaming about patching their "echostar" boxes.... :)
even if there will the day when we see nagra3 hacked surely the first product using it will not be "box from China"
