facing connection problem

hey guys

Actually I'm facing a problem with making connection btw the receiver and my laptop.

Everything works OK except the final part!.

when i run the upgrade file ,choose the port which is "com4" and then press connect I receive an error say "Error - Check settings"

so, is there any clue what's the problem with me?

do you use a real com port on the laptop or you use an USB to COM cable

is the com port sitting ok

actully am using a COM-USB converter, cause as u know laptops dont have com port!

so, do u think that the prob is this converter?

n how would i update then using my laptop as i dont have desktop!
