My COCO card is working cool with update of 10-04-09
Should we update with newest files all the time ?
Or should we keep it working with currently working situation ?
What the new files are for ? when it's already working perfect ?

No, you shouldn't or you don't need to. Actually each new file includes update frames used by Showtime and ART.
When a new coco card is activated and loaded with a working loader ( the first one that worked ) or a coco card that wasn't yet loaded with it, the card needs to be set on ShowCinema1 or ShowMovies1 for some minutes in order to be updated with the right frames and then open all the package channels.
Each (daily I believe) new file include in fact the updating frame of the day and so no need to wait for several minutes to have the channels opened.
No you don't need to but I just figured it out by myself. If any other member can tell us more about that, thx in advance for the information.
no you should not
i update my coco last time with 10-4 update and works fine
but with the update befor it the card stop and want not to update
