What is the best Smartcard to use for HD channels?

here's the thing
i have a dvb-s2 pci card (azurewave)with a CAS extension,
i would love to buy a card so i can watch encrypted channels,
do these cards work with that extension?

what is the best card for HD channels?
i would love a card that opens Premiere, digitalb, sky italia, sky england,polsat, cyfra+

whats the best card to open, ALL/Some of these, and please ellaborate

why do i keep people talking about Digital+ nagra 3 decryption, although i think that's not possible!?

maybe they talk about cardsharing, but surely not about a rsa-card for d+.

i only have a gammacard. it works for canal digitaal,nova,pink or bulsatcom.
