cas 3 dont recognize my diablo

hi to all!i recently bought a diablo cam 2.3 but when i put it into my cas 3 plus and try to load the latest underworld firmware it says unknown card-operation error.this happen even when i am trying to format the cam.does anybody whats going on or i should throw it away and get a new one?

Diablo is very peculiar cam some time it have a mind of his own.
one way out of some of the problems, delete studio 8. 6C and down load it again.
When you load the 8.6C on to the computer DO NOT CONNECT the Cas to the computer.
When the installation is completed connect Cas 3 to a usb port

If you still have problems some times it helps if you drug and drop the drivers
on to desktop.

i did everything u said but nothing changed i don`t know what to do.any thoughts?

sorry it says "cam not detected"-"operation error"
that is strange because in the tab "cam filesystem" when i hit the button connect it show`s me the diablo`s folder tree

Yeah I have this problem w/my Rev. 2.2 CAM as well.
The best advice what I could give you would be to start CAS Studio 3 by itself then go to the CAM Section, choose the Diablo and then try to connect the CAM though the "CAM Filesystem", it'll likely fail the first few times just remove it wait a few seconds and try again.

That's what always seems to work for me.

I program a few cams and one of them my cas 3 dosen't read, but if a put a blank card in, it reads it straight away, if this will help next time.

I think that you have hardware problem on your CAS3 interface, probably pin 1 (looking from the side where you put CAM into connector), longer one is too deep in the connector.
I had similar problem with Diablo and I found that this pin is broken inside the plactic of connector. These problems also reflects on the matrix cams, if that pin is bad, your matrix reload will be recognized as revolutions.
After the repairing my CAS3 works good and programs diablo now.

the problem solved i dont think the pin 1 is broken but it was difficult for the first time to program my diablo.after the first time its very easy.my cas recognize my diablo as well at this week no problems.
