help with diablo 2.3

i recently bought a diablo 2.3 revision.i made a firmware update with underworld 1.72 but it seems not to open any of astra19.2channels.i dont know what to do please any help will be appriciated.thanks

my cam configuration is caids file [caids]auto ptm[off]emulators[on]n2au[off]fixed cw[off]

Set your configuration to Caids, Auto PMT ON, Emulators ON, N2 AU OFF, Emulators Priority 1Emu 2 Cards, Fixed CW OFF, Smartcard Mess SHOW NEVER
Dont forget to load the latest Key File

i did everything u said but the picture is freezing

which receiver do you use? if it has two cam slot, use the second one. the first one in humax receivers, for example, sometimes causes trouble. my cam works perfectly in the second slot.
