On a Starsat 6300USB (Firmware Zeta) is it possible to backup the channels, favourites, and settings on a USB stick to copy to another similar receiver?

If not what is the easiest way to do this? I tried using the Channels Editor tool, but my PC cannot open the serial port of the receiver (I am using null modem cable).

Help me please.
