Comag SL35 (B1) / wrong software

I have a Comag SL35 (B1) receiver that doesn't react neither to front panel buttons nor the remote control commands. It runs only on program nr.1. Could it be a jtag problem or is just a wrong software loaded into the receiver? How could I revive the receiver? What software and loader are necessary? Please tell me , if possible, the exact files and programs.

1st, sorry my poor english! On a hungarian forum said, when you see the red led, your receiver is not death. Have you saved the original soft? If yes you must reloaded it on the receiver. Communicated the receiver with th PC?
