Could someone please help me to set up Digi TV?

Hi all!
I'm a complete newbie to this satelite game; my father got himself an echostar reciever and it works really great for him, so I decided to get myself a Technisat SkyStar 2 for my pc to watch some satellite tv.

Could someone help me and teach me how to set up a DVB program to work?
I have progDVB installed, but I don't know what to do next. I've managed to set up the uplink, the free channels work, but everything else doesnt?
