    help me please

    Hi i have a fortec star fs 4200 that i tryed to update the software on but now every time i turn it on the lcd just says ON and the box does nothing. is it fixable or have i lost my box.

    Does anyone know any thing my box still wont work. All i need to know is can it be fixed or is it now a paper weight
