Hier ist das Changelog für die Version 6.0.8 von Barry Allen.

* Das ist wieder eine releaste Version in der fast alle Bugs aus 6.0.4-7 gefixed sein sollten, womit alle früheren Versionen nicht mehr supported sind.

* Diese Version läuft NUR mit dem original Loader #84 von DMM (bei der 7025 kann man es daher NUR mehr mit dem Schummel ipk für Loder 84 benutzen das auch hier anhängt)

* Weil wir im Neues BA Bootlogo Thread noch am arbeiten sind, habe ich ALLE alten Bootlogos raus gemacht bis auf ein schwarzes und 10 neue Logos die von SiennaRoot, blue8 und ghostwriter gemacht wurden. Bitte stimmt im Bootlogo Thread ab welches davon das neue Standard Bootlogo werden soll.

Abstimmung zum neuen Bootlogo

* Der Bootmanager sollte jetzt auf ALLE /dev/input/event* reagieren, man muss daher nichts mehr umstellen, egal welche Fernbedienung man verwendet (alt/neu/DMM Keyboard).

* Es gibt jetzt ein Autoswap Feature - sobald man auf /media/ba mit BA ein swapfile erstellt hat (minimale Größe ist jetzt 128MB) wird dieses beim booten in ALLEN images (auch im Flash) automatisch beswapped ganz ohne fstab oder ähnlichem.

* Bei allen Boxen ausser der 7025 wird das enigma2 Restart beim auspacken/sichern von Images bei der installation disabelt, enigma2 läuft also durch - genau deswegen wird aber jetzt beim Backupen auch nach dem Swapfile verlangt.

* Als 'kleine Hilfe' für die neuen Images ohne fixes Harddisk mounten habe ich eingebaut dass wenn man ein neues BA image das ERSTE mal bootet wenn da noch keine Settings drinnen sind dann wird das /dev/sda1 (was meistens die Harddisk ist) im BA Image auf /media/hdd gemountet damit man während dem Settup Wizard beim ersten boot die Settings von dort restoren kann. Sobald settings im image sind wird dies aber NICHT mehr getan, was aber wenn man das mounten der Harddisk in den Settings sauber abgespeichert hat ja kein Problem mehr sein sollte.

* Filessystemcheck des BA devices wird jetzt wenn man vom Flash gebootet ist gemacht wenn man in telnet bainit 90 eingibt, wobei alle Zahlen > 89 das selbe bewirken um weitere Verwirrung zu vermeiden.

* verwendet man KEIN OoZooN Image (oder ein anderes Image wo die Loop device Treiber fix im Kernel sind) im Flash oder installiert es nicht auf einer 7025 dann MUSS man das kernel-module-loop ipk im Flash Image nachinstallieren, sonst wird Barry Allen NICHT funktionieren !!!

* bainit ist jetzt ein Binary und KEIN Shellscript mehr und das wird auch so bleiben !!!

* der /MB_Images link deutet ab jetzt auf /media/hdd/backup oder /media/ba/backup womit das MB_Images directory tot ist - RIP
Kopiert halt Eure Images von dort in das neue /MB_Images directory, weil ab jetzt wird von dort ausgepackt und dorthin gesichert um kompatibel zu den anderen backup und Multiboot Tools zu sein.

* Wenn mehrere Devices den Label BA haben wird dies bei der Installation versucht zu bereinigen

Das funktioniert so das man wenn man WW mit FAT verwendet den bootmanager aufgedreht hat und TROTZDEM der Imagekernel verwendet wird statt dem Flashkernel.

Falls man dann im Bootmanager ein anderes Image auswählt als das zuletzt gebootete (dessen Kernel im FAT liegt) dann wird noch schnell das FAT mit dem neuen Kernel und Bootlogos befüllt, ABER die Box sofort rebootet und das neue Image gleich einmal ohne Bootmanager gebootet mit seinem eigenen Kernel aus dem FAT. Beim nächsten Boot ist der Bootmanger aber wieder an und so fort.
