download keys for example from here
unpack the file and copy it to a hdd or usb-stick. plug the stick or hdd into your receiver.
press menu---go to multimedia---usb1---select the new keyfile---press ok---box will reboot and thats it...

edit: you need to use a firmware with emu to use keys. latest is the 24701...
