Loadcard: Goldwafer 16F84A

Programmer: CAS 3+

i programed the card with cas 3+ correctly. (repair,dragon ATR number)
but the following error appears constantly: "Card does not a valid image"

The dummy card is also not working! always i get this error "Dummy Card is not inserted to Dragon CAM !!!. Please Insert it and press Start Update."

does anybody know what the solution is?
