CCCam config not working on diablowifi

Please somebody help!
I have put a Cccam config in emu cccam with my ucas interface 3 and have done the ip settings but still I get no picture.
Do you have any idea or sugestions??

Put only cline in cccam.cfg
And use small c
Like this
c: dyndns.org 4444 user pass
