KSC 570 PVR problems need any kind of help !!!

Hi all this is my first post

I have just bought a KSC 570 + 2 CI PVR sat receiver.
The system I have is a 1m dish with a Superjack DG 120.
The problem is I have a number of sats tuned in but if I change from
Hotbird to Astra 2 the dish starts to go into jerks and never gets there unless
I go into menu and manually move the dish around. On the other hand if I am on Astra2
and change to Hotbird it flys around normally. I have tried another receiver on my
setup and no problem the dish tunes in in a matter of seconds from sat to sat.
I have send an email to KAON but no reply. Anybody having a simular problem and any solution

Have the same PVR but no problem. I have 2 dishes and 2 positiones working with 12v sw. All O.K. with different SWs

I was just looking at the setup the engineer put in when he was setting the system up. All the Sats are set on motor and not Diseqc A,B,C,D, or USUALS
could this be it

I am also using a Dragon Cam in it which works fine
