Virgin, Numericable team up on 4th Licence

Broadcast groups Numericable and Virgin Mobile are planning to team up to apply for France’s fourth mobile licence , with the call for bids due to be launched before this Summer.

Iliad, the mother company of operator Free already announced it would apply and would be able to pay €210 million to get the licence.
