I am having starsat SR-X7100CU super receiver with abracadabra card. when i tried to upgrade the software.. the following is the message...

Please power on your STB.
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Target not connect or target is error status!

on reciever i am getting as 'ASH'

i am using ALI miniupgrade 5.5
can u pls help how to upgrade
