Convert Multichoice Card to Coco mcr

Please any idear how to convert Multichoice Card to Coco mcr ? the following information is from my Multichoice card.

I think that conversion is possible. I try to use well-known kill ir2-ok.exe for
abracadabra card and result was :"card updated success". But after putting card
to fte receiver "abracadabra card detected " appeared (not coco mcr), ofcourse
everything working fine but strange ATR. By other side when iI try to same exe
to regular ird2 card answer was "card not updated,check card,bad ATR).
Unfortunately I can't recompile coco.exe I think there need some tool to change ATR last byte, meant 79->39(ASC5.7toASC5.3)or hex editing updated exe.Unfortunately I can't post screenshots but
when I put card to my FTEMAX receiver it looks like coco mcr.
Again last thing to update. Any ideas?
