this look like a cardsharing card, i have see somewhere else you connect a dummy smarcard in to a kind off dongle and you have a cs with any receiver that can read the differents encryption, one good example is like this
it cost about 60 euros + card addon 10 euros and you can connect to any cccam, gbox or etc.

Well NDS videoguard has been around since 1997 and we have not seen any codes or keys for it yet
think its easy enough too crack, problem is ,whos got the guts to release it,. not enough reason too do it i think,.in any case, is it that good anymore ,i think not,.
