Heelp Needed for Star Sat X5300CU Super

Please help me what to do, since yesterday i try to upgrade with new ALIDVB 3329C, but wince then when ver i turn on receiver , it does not show anything on TV screen, i checked all the cables, and connected another receiver with same cables, that works fine, but star sat does not show anythign , only i can see ON on receiver.
Is there any way to reset it or clean everything , i guess the last upgrade messed up things.
