hi i have the receiver starst srx5300cu i tried evrything but i am not able to load the file to my receiver from my laptop with usb to rs adpter may be i don't know how to do it i am new but please help step by step if you can i have the loader mini upgrade 5.5 .

when i tried we keep saying that message : Please power on your STB.
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Target not connect or target is error status!
