I had EL7020 HD, will it work with Apracadabra Card?

Yesterday night, I bought new receiver which is EL 7020 HD IR 2CI. According to below thread:

It's part of ALIB DVR. Therefore, will it work without any issue with APRACADABRA Card?

I have EL-7020 too. The problem is i can't connect it to pc. I try to upload files to receiver using aliminiupg 5.5 but it did't worked. Can u connect it to pc?
