Plaza XT-CM update ?

Hi guys,
I downloaded a software from Manhattan about updating the XT-CM model via satellite, but I run on a problem...

My new PC does not have an RS232 connection on the back, as my old PC used to have and I have managed to update the Plaza as such...

What other options do I have now? (and don't tell me get my old PC back :) )

You can use an adapter USB/RS232
