    help - how can I find out what I have

    Hi

    My inlaws have an echostar satellite dish. How can I find out what model it is please? I am then trying to find the manual for it and hopefully fix it so they can see hellas tv on hotbird again - it has suddenly scrambled.

    Any help gratefully received. Thanks

    oops just realised that it is on front of the box.... so it is an AD-3000IP.... but still need help with the scrambled Hellas TV
