canal digitaal nl and progdvb

Hi everybody,
can any one tell me why canal digitaal nl not working with my progdvb? i have also s2emu and vplug 2.42

it's MOSC only...
NOT working with ANY emulators for PC, not vplug, not s2emu (which is old anyways), nor any other emulator.

it hasn't been working and will not work either because it is NOT SUPPORTED
