receiver is not one of the Ali processor, really?? , I didn't know that , thaaanks , so how can I update keys everytime when channels are gone ? wat file do I need to load ,if there is no updated firmware file

I hope I'm not violating the rules, I apologize if I did.
I'm having a problem with my SR-X3600USB download the file using my USB device, not through the loader (serial).
I tried few bin files, with no success.
And to be honest with you, I have never done this before, new to this.
Any help from you guys will be a well appreciated
