How can i reset abracadabra?

Hi,


(1) how can i reset my abracadabra card,

(2)i have ir 3020m3329c with abracadabra,ther is a problum with me wen i updating the card ther is no responding from card then i put the card an othor reciver after 30 secnds
art show will ok now i can use it in my own reciver,have any body slution of this problum,is ther problum in my reciver;or;
in mycard?........................
