Help RIK Sat

I have a problem my mum has a technomate where she was watching here greek channels. But now the frequency has changed and we have lost rik sat and ive tried every frequency to get it back and have tried on hotbird and hellas satallite but no luck..

Can u give me the new frequency and if you know can u tell me how to program it in.

Ive tried all the latest frequencies and its not finding rik sat.
