Octagon SF908 problems

I Tried to ask this at the Octagon part of this forum but no answers

So i ask again here: Can anyone help me with my problems with my Octagon SF908 Box? I tried to uppdate my box with a new EMU but after shutting the box down it didn't open up at all. The reciever tries to boot and then it says "run protect".

I have a null modem rs232 cable with USB on the another end and i cant go inside the box to fix the problem

Any suggestions
