That means exactly that your cardreader isn't able to read the card.
Try using a smartmouse phoenix but using 5Volt

try to checkyour port com also the cable.maybe "bad connection" also clean your card .......?

It's better to use if you have CAS or infinity usb unlimited more better because you do not need cable
