RAI launches Yes Italia

RAI International has launched the new international promotional channel Yes Italia on the Astra and Hot Bird satellites. The channel broadcasts in Italian with English subtitles.
As reported by Broadband TV News Yes Italia reports about life and culture in Italy. Aimed at Italians living abroad and people interested in the Italian way of life, its programming concentrates on travel, culture, cooking, design and other aspects of Italian life.
Yes Italia is available free-to-air on Astra and Eutelsat Hot Bird in Europe. More satellites will be added to extend coverage to other parts of the world.
