I don't know why this guy is banned, but I had a bad experience with this guy. We exchanged lines. After a few weeks suddenly his ECM was extremely high and he also deactivated the line he gave me. So he was only causing heavy-load on my line and gave nothing back.. I send him PM several times and he did not reply at all. Just wanted to let you know in case this guy is unbanned in the future ?

Maybe he is a pay server.
