I am having starsat SR-X7100CU super receiver without card. when i tried to upgrade the software.. the following is the message...

Please power on your STB.
Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Target not connect or target is error status!
also cable pin connection
2-3
3-2
5-5

how can make the upgrade if is possible or not

be sure that the rs232 cable is connected well.

you may have problem with your cable. Try to repair
and check pins:

2-------3
5-------5

hi my friend, i had also the same problem as you, so the solution is trying instead of
usb-rs232 cable->
another rs232-rs232->
.
i'm sure it will works!

all is same your product but may be com or someting is wrong, did you know how make the connecting?
