Use cccam2.0.9&newcs1.62 with gamma
You will need an external phoenix serial reader. Use the following device config on the newcs.xml and be sure that “don’t open serial port” at the dm settings is checked.

Boot the box with the reader power supply unplugged.

Ad a N line at the cccam.cfg
N: localhost 34001 dammy dammy 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
user name and password from the newcs.xml user section.

Open http://your_dm_ip:8080 (newcs web interface)
Go to readers and check the phoenix. If is red (x) disconnect and connect the power to the reader and will turn green(v). Check the caid if is 0000, reset the card, disconnect and connect again the power to the reader and will work.
Maybe you have to repeat the last 2 steps for 2 or 3 times until it works. I don’t know if there is an easier way but it works for me. You will have to repeat this after a power failure or cam restart.
