No! you can't download the channels from your PC to your receiver. and how can your PC get the channels? you can change your channels list in the receiver through upgrade.

sure you can. use the same channel editor but remember you should have the correct channel list like the file which have 27 sat list in it or if you have already uploaded your receiver channels from your receiver to your pc then you can download them. you can fine the how to in forum
