Comstar consolidation under way

Russia’s Comstar-UTS has completed the first stage of a restructuring process, merging seven of its largest subsidiaries into Comstar-Regions.

The latter, which is a wholly owned subsidiary, was formed earlier this month and consists of – amongst others – Stream TV in the Russian regions.
