bestt loader problem

Hi ,
I have a cas3+ programmer and when put it to phoenix mode at 6MHZ and try to load a bestt file with bestt loader I get the message card has no ATR but when I load a gam file with cas3+ gamma loader it works ok .
Pls can anyone help?

With cas3, in order to use bes file, you must connect both usb and serial cable.
