Hi, i have a Edision 2500CI. I have read the tools thread and i have tried EvilEyesManager and Edisionlink and i cannot connect the device. I have a laptop and i use 2 cable : a USB-Serial Converter cable and a NULL-MODEM cable (linked together). The serial port is set on 115200, 8, None, 1, None. Someone has any idea what should i do ?

Problem solved with the cable. Found on a website that you must turn the receiver on standby and type 74621 on remote control. (DATA should appear on receiver display). I still have some questions about firmware (on receivers appear Arion hardware version, and i don`t know exactly what firm should i use: edision or arion), so if any skilled guy up there please contact me on ymsg (alec_george).
