Dreambox transponder problem or something else

hey guys ...
This is my first post here ... I read a lot on this forum and found awsum info about dreambox ... but unfortunately none of them matches my problem ...
I newly bought a DM500s after my Sl65 from lidl suddenely stopped working .... so everything was set ... I mean dish and wires and other things was set for any receiver to connect and run with it ... but when I connect my dm500s , it doesnt find any channels for me .. the SNR = 90% and AGC= 80-82% BER = 0 statellite = ASTRA 28 ... but when it searches to services it´s doesn´t find any channels .... this box is flashed with PLi image ... I haven´t flashed it with anything ... I first only want the free channels ... which I can´t get ... so guys what do you think can be the probelm .. pls someone help me with it :D

Hi

Verify tuner setting from setup ->parameters -> service searching -> tuner config.

1 dish & 1 LNB choose config mode -> simple & mode -> single, choose sat astra28. Save your config by pressing OK.

Exit one time

Don't scan at the moment Choose default services list by internet (more quickely)

exit and press up or down button then select a free to air channel that you know good.
If something appear on the sceen then your dish / setup is ok test another one...
Later you can check to scan & or verify level signal...
