    Dreambox 500s "H"palarity problem

    I am new to dreambox 500s,the box has polarity problem,
    it can not scan any channnel on H polarity,except the lnb is
    loop from another receiver.

    do you have a rotor?try to change your configuration with for example hotbird a(H)/ hotbird B(V)

    hi colleague,


    adjust your LNB to right position, if problem persist, then change another LNB that is much stronger
