Is there any way to change a 1.4 os card to a 1.6 please

nop , mine isnt gamma plus
its like 1.4
its real , in past mine 1.6 was runing art , sht, nova gr and cy
but sht is off now

even u dunno how 1.6 work and u say:( stupid ..fake ..etc) and this mean u rent respecting people:( its like u say : u are a liar) -->plz give some respect to people here

1-100% are true files( u can ask owners of 1.6)
2- u should have a little info on 1.6 how it work, its not same as 1.4 in little words
insert card , go watch nova for example , than u want watch bulsat , remove card and insert u will watch bulsat

the diffrence between 1.6 and 1.4 ( is 1.6 u dont need clean and send gam file like in 1.4 if u want watch second package

If I purchased a gamma plus card would these files work? Also what about cards with os 1.7 would it work with them?

so i dont believe u have 1.6 card
maybe u r testing on 1.4
simplY we dont need public providers and hex serial but for proving what i say : the coco after i loaded bulsat file is:BUL ??? is it fake ?
if fake i shouldnt see coco
