Telekom Slovenije passes 100k IPTV subs

Slovenian telco Telekom Slovenije finished the second quarter of this year with 101,621 subscribers to its IPTV service 'Siol TV', up 71.5% from one year previously.

The company also more than doubled its cable TV subscriber base by the same comparison to reach 7,326 customers by the end of June. Telekom Slovenije had 209,826 customers to its broadband services by the end of June, up from 184,636 one year previously. Total average revenue per line increased from €27.10 in June of last year to €29.24 by June of this year.

Revenues across all operations for the first half of this year reached €410.8mn, down from €416.4mn one year previously, while net profits also fell from €48.5mn to €26.4mn by the same comparison.
