Why should 8.6.c not be used anymore??...I am still using it...
Mine's working great and i'm using 8.6b.
Just updated my diablo cam with new keys.
You Might have to reinstall the program on your computer and try again

You probably experience Cas problems...If you`ve got ILEGAL and SN as report.
I had sent one under varanty claim. But nothing to do with software, you may coun on it.

I think you have a copy of programmer specially for cas it"s stopped working if you work with 8.6c soft and connected to the net on the same time because your equipment hasn't a SN but you uninstall & reinstall it from add & remove prog & reboot after
