Dishnetwork key change-7/26/06
Key 00 has changed.....you must turn off autoroll on vPlug or s2emu and add the keys to your softcam key file manually. They are using $B1/$B2 for key updates now. These plugins do not support this at this time. This will get your locals back only! This is not a fix, just a key change!
