ART stil not working even with the latest firmware

I mean its been for like a couple of days and art is still down on my 7300cu starsat receiver, even with the latest softwares, whats the problem??? only jsc+ is working at the moment i tried to install the abra cleaner and main firmware then the latest one and left it on art channel for 2 hours and still nothing shows......whats the problem

1-sOft(epsilon) Cleaner Card ABRA
2-after cleaner USELatest ART key Updated 3-09-2009
3-to update the key ART stay some min in prime Sport Arab or AFLAIM1
