Transponder Frequencies

I have a TM 5400CI usb super. When looking at the transponder frequencies for satellites at a website like kingofsat and then comparing them to those scanned by my sat box I notice they are sometimes slightly out on the frequency by the odd 1MHz (say 10942 rather than 10941) but they very often are not exact on the symbol rate. So instead of exactly 27500 I might have values like 27491 or 27499, etc.

Is this a sign that my dish is not 100% perfectly aligned so there is a slight skew or is this normal?
