    hi mate thanks for the attachement.is it the same procedure for starsat5300usb.because i have been trying several times step by step following the procedure above.when i press (connect) on the upgrade tool 2.0.0.b the cas data doest not appear therefore there is nothing happening.can you please help me.thanks

    Same thing with mine. Do I need to modify the USB-to-serial 232 cable before it can work? I read somewhere there the pins must be modified. Is this always the case? Thanks
