why everything is dark on predator i use eurobird 9a...is this firmware that you upload ok or not ok

mates tell me if the predator works with atlantic or eutelsat because eurobird 9a seems to be down

ok as i have been informed from the store which sales the predator they are still supporting eurobird 9a atlantic bird and eutelsat w6.do you have any idea which of the satellites are more stable and dont break down

everything ok i put one plate 0.8m on eutelsat w6 and another one on hotbird

it was working with eutelsat w6 but at 00.30 everything became to dark...if anyone has the same problem let me know

and again a eutelsatw6 fix i get this email:

Dear All

Again sorry for the trouble you are in because of the service disconnected from EB9 and please now use Eutelsat W6 ( Eutelsat W6 at 21.6°E http://www.lyngsat.com/ew6.html ) sure this is lack in giving good service but I swear it is out of my hand , please use the following SAT and the attached S/W procedure is as before .
1. Load the new S/W in flash stick after unzipping it of course .
2. Insert this stick into the predator (back of the box in PVR slot).
3. Menu
4. Tools.
5. Upgrade by USB.
6. Choice the File you did write into the flash stick.
7. Press Red (BookMark).
8. When upgrading finish please do factory setting.
9. System setup.
10. Language settings.
11. Press Red (BookMark) and then enter 2520.
12. Go Emulation and choice Sat.
13. Press green (Save & Exit).

so now they use only eutelsat w6 or they still use atlantic bird 3.why they are changing satellites all the time?i hope with eutelsat w6 the problem will finish else we need one motor sat-plate to change all the time satellites
