re sky digital

hi, i wonder if anybody can gelp me- i have just put a quad lnb on my sky digital dish with the hope of picking up the free to air channels on my computer. i have a twinhan ( visionplus vp-dtvsat card) installed. i am able to pick up some 356 channels ( a lot of radio ) but the channels that are supposed to be free , are still scrambled ? Anybody help please ?

HI everyone,
I bought a Sky NDS blocker and i dont know what to do with as the person which i bought the blocker from told me it needs programing, could anyone advice me and help how to do this,
