Neosat Loader v1.1

Old but works well..I personally use this loader.

I downloaded the application. I opened the downloaded file for the Neosat SP-6000 released on Apr 29. I receive a message that says to reboot after clicking Ok. I click Ok and reboot my SB then I have a gray popup box in blank and the uploadedr freezes. First it said that the COM1 couldn't be opened, now it is this.
What I am doing wrong?
